2014 has been an amazing year. It started and ended with weddings at the brilliant Dodford Manor. In between I’ve covered a weddings all over the country; from Claire and Tom’s in Harborne – only 1 minute walk from my front door, to Tash and Gav’s in Carbis Bay St Ives – about as far away from home as I can get whilst still being in England. All of the couples I’ve worked with have been amazing and it’s been a real privilege to photograph their weddings, meet their friends and families, and to be a part of their special day.
I’ve photographed Christian church weddings, civil ceremonies and humanist weddings. Weddings with bikes, opera singers, ceilidhs and even a bride kidnapping! It’s been eclectic, crazy and emotional!
I can’t wait for the 2015 wedding season to start as I’ll be returning to one of my favourite venues from this year (the stunning Shustoke Barn) as well as visiting some new venues for the first time.
Here’s a few images from the year . . .
I also need to say a massive thank you to a couple of special ladies . . .
First a big thanks to Jo from Jo Grumett Photography, who has done a stellar job in second shooting with me again this year (she even flew solo on a wedding booking of her own this year).
Finally I must say a massive thank you to my wonderful wife, Liz, who has given me such amazing support over the last 12 months. I really would not be able to pursue this photography dream of mine without her continued help. Those of you who have read my last blog post will know that over the last 9 months she has been working hard on her own special project . . .
Here’s to wishing you all the best for 2015
