Last Saturday morning I met up with Elaine and Rich for their pre-wedding shoot on the streets of Digbeth. We met at Kanteen at the Custard Factory to have a chat over a nice warming coffee about the plans for their upcoming wedding at Nuthurst Grange in January.
If you’re a regular at Digbeth Dining Club then Rich should be a familiar face. He’s the head honcho of Fat Snags, the purveyor of Birmingham’s finest street food sausages. I’ve sampled his sausage (stop sniggering at the back) on a number of occasions at the various street food events that happen around the midlands and can thoroughly recommend (no, I insist) that you seek him out if you see him at an event you’re at. You won’t regret it.
