Question . . . What do you get if you have a fantastic bride and groom, two stunning venues, two lovely families and a brilliant set of friends? Answer . . . This bloomin’ epic wedding!!!
Last Friday I had the enormous pleasure of photographing Sarah and Steven’s wedding. They married at the rather impressive 14th century St Mary’s Guildhall in Coventry City centre before heading out into the Warwickshire countryside to the stunning Shustoke Farm Barns for their reception and wedding breakfast.
It was a truly brilliant day, Sarah looked absolutely stunning in her Morilee dress from Special Occasions Bridal Wear and the groomsmen looked very dapper in their Nigel James suits. Instead of having a videographer they used Shoot it Yourself who were on the hit BBC programme Dragons’ Den. The concept is that you get some video cameras sent to you for your guests to use, after the wedding the footage is returned to Shoot it Yourself who edit it together. I’m really interested to see how the final package looks.
Evening entertainment was provided by The Speech who rocked the barn so hard they hit the noise limiters, resulting in the guests on the dance floor filling in with an a capella ending to The Killers Mr Brightside (one of my favourite all time songs).
Here’s a few of the images from Sarah and Steven’s big day . . .
